THE D.R.E.A.M. PROCESS
The D.R.E.A.M. Process emphasizes dedication to your vision and projects with a timeline, a fair budget, with client satisfaction guaranteed. Our executive team will be available by phone at any time for communication during each phase of your project with any questions or concerns. You will meet face to face in the vision phase, work phase, and completion phase and receive a progress report and evaluation.
1. The First Step is to Talk to Us.
We would love to discuss your vision with you. We want to find out why you want to remodel and what you hope to accomplish – a better layout, more space or just a more aesthetically pleasing. We will share with you our process for guiding you through a successful remodeling project. If you like what you hear, we’ll move to the next step.
Earth Wood & Stone provides a team that will remain exclusive to your vision throughout the duration of your project. We can then dedicate 100% of our team’s attention to the quality, efficiency, excellence, and organization on ONE JOB until completion.
2. Build a Proposal and Begin The D.R.E.A.M. Process.
The D.R.E.A.M. Process is assessed by our executive team on site and is broken down into a schedule and timeline. Each phase of the project is defined, assigned, and outlined down to every last detail with your budget in mind.
3. Sign a Client Contract
At this point in the process, you’ve approved the design plans, elevations and product selections and been given the fixed price for your project. Once you sign the construction contract, you are assigned a project manager, a schedule is developed for the project and construction begins. Earth Wood & Stone will honor and adhere to the signed Client Contract, as well as EW&S safety regulations, so your site is secure throughout the duration of our agreement.
4. Construction Phase
Our unique system for managing the construction phase keeps the client informed with a timely project flow. The Project Manager and Site Supervisor will keep the work flow in sync. As a client you will be able to walk on site and check out the ONE JOB 6ft Project Easel which will be maintained and updated daily with all the info you need to see our Contact Info, Project Mangers & Supervisors, Timeline, Contract, Subs On-Site, Work Orders, Important Safety Information and any additional important details.

You won’t experience the delay of putting your project “out to bid” between design and construction because we manage the entire schedule, from our initial conversation to the hammering of the final nail. The entire staff at Earth Wood & Stone works hard to keep you informed and as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process – especially during the construction phase.
5. Completion
Our executive team will complete a final walkthrough side by side with the client for an evaluation concluding the project. We will provide a personalized portfolio including pictures, product information, paint/color samples, and detailed reports on the work performed. It is our hope that we complete our part efficiently so you can enjoy your new space!
